James Gandolfini - Bada Bing Tony Soprano Sells The Shirts Off His Back
Actor JAMES GANDOLFINI is selling off outfits he wore on hit TV drama THE SOPRANOS to raise cash for charity.
The TV heavyweight is to auction off 24 complete outfits from the award-winning series to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, which offers help and assistance to U.S. soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The highlight of the clothing auction is expected to be the short-sleeve, button-down blue shirt Tony Soprano wore in the show's opening credits.
Soprano's famous bathrobe is also going under the hammer at the Christie's Pop Culture auction, which takes place in Manhattan, New York on 25 June (08).
Gandolfini's wardrobe is expected to fetch up to $36,000 (GBP18,000).

The site features exclusive content including teasers of new songs, clips of the band in the recording studio, exclusive photos and more. In addition, the site offers fans an opportunity to win backstage passes and be a part of live summer events.Mission:Metallica also will have a platinum membership area featuring additional Metallica goodies including a copy of the new album physically delivered the day it comes out, downloads of live shows, riff ringtones from the new album, weekly fly-on-the-wall videos, and contests to travel to concerts, surprise events and to Metallica headquarters. Mission:Metallica platinum members also will be able to download the entire new album at midnight the day it comes out.The band will be touring the US and Europe this summer in advance of the as-yet-untitled album.
